Inspired by the thick, rough trunks of the trees and the delicate Sakura blooms, this piece started to emerge. I stopped to appreciate the detail I was starting to notice and portray, but loved where it was in that moment.

Often we have ideas and plans of what we want or need to happen. But there is beauty in the process to that end goal. It is okay to stop and admire something not fully realized, it is okay to slow down when you’re on a journey of beginning again. “Emerging Beauty” is a reminder to relax and slow down with your new unfolding story.
